Summery – Earth has fallen, the invaders are hunting out the last bands of survivors that litter the long dead planet, in a cold wasteland of Russia a lone warrior holds the codes to access their last hope, long abandoned nuclear missiles, on her way to activate them her team, part of the few humans still fighting, was killed and she was taken, now the aliens are holding her and are after those codes.
Delta panted for air in the small cell, her azure eyes scanning the room, head whipping like a viper from side; her now short blonde hair, ends burnt from the last explosion flaring out with each turn. A light clicked on in the corner.
The small red light flashed three times and then a white light came from under the door, her breath came in shallow pants as it hissed open, letting in three tall humanoid looking beings, there purple and green mottled hairless skin gave off a strange glow, ruby eyes stared at her with vague interest, like those of the long extinct cats of the old Earth.
She thrashed against the chains holding her the cold metal tingling before the shock blasted through her body, back aching away from the contact her heart jolted and skipped beats as the electricity coursed along the chair and chains into her.
“Ahh! Stop it please!” she screamed at them, letting out a near blood curdling shriek the pain stopped as soon as it came, leaving her feeling, literally, fried.
The tallest one stepped forward “if you give us the information we need you will live to be the masters pet” it rasped out in broken Russian.
Glaring at the thing she swallowed and snarled out in perfectly clear Russian “You can go to hell you alien bastard!” She spat at the being, it looked down perplexed at the clear glob on its shoulder, with a look on distain it stepped back and let its “friends” take over.
Delta looked at what they held in their hands, she panicked and pulled uselessly at her restraints, they ignored her pleas to stop, her begging and praying and continued. Her screams could be heard for kilometres around their temporary Earth base.
She fell forwards as the blade was removed from her leg, panting she looked at them with pure hatred.
She spat at their feet “I won’t break!” they ignored her again, and turned to talk, she’d been plotting her escape for the past hours of pain, with a scream of pain she lunged at them, the laser cutter breaking the chains that held her but burning her skin.
They scrambled to stand but she was already sprinting down the halls, with no idea where to go she got a glimpse of a map. She could have laughed, even in an alien langue a fire escape route was a fire escape route, staring at it for no more then ten seconds she bolted down the halls, her heart pounding adrenaline though her veins.
Deltas legs cut a bleeding left a trail after her but she wouldn’t focus on that, she needed to get into open air, to get where her tracker signal could be picked up. She skidded around the corner, no shoes left the blood to create a slip and slide for her; with a thud she crashed into the door leaving another blood smear.
She kept running, as she rounded the last corner Delta threw open the last door in her way and shied away from the blinding white light reflected off the snow, she ran as fast as her abused legs would carry her, she risked a glance back, the Ruby eyes tracked her as she ran, she looked back at her path and screamed.
She fell to the ground, her momentum to great to stop, a large figure stood over her, the big purple and green thing actually smirked at her and grabbed her uninjured arm.
Dragging her back inside Delta never stopped screaming, her tracking signal blaring out faster with her raised heartbeat.
Another team arrived a mere three minutes later, the tell tail signs of an alien take off all the was left of the presence, blood smears went 100 yards away from the sight only to stop and go back the same way, only this time thrash marks clear in the snow.
The tests they ran later would confirm their worst fears, the blood had been Deltas.
This is non-Transformers but I'd love feed back from you guys-its worth more then half my mark....
