Well I've finally gotten the second part of my 'Roulette's Journey' chronical up and named it 'New Assignment', had it up since mid-December '09 and still trying to write the 5th chapter.
My co-writer on this is in Australia so with the time difference it may be a while before I can update anything.
Got some sweet new songs downloaded into my laptop, and I'm currently working on information parts for the other sections of the message boards and such - no luck with changing the background though, hmmm may need some major help with this part again.
Hope to get some others interested in joining the site and starting up an RP once I start writing out an outline of the story for it.
Well I guess I gotta go right now, and finish of some stuff for tomorrow.

I shall attempt to make a new skin... this one has been mangled. *points to her aunt* YOU! YOU DID IT! I shall help you get it straightened out. Speaking of boards, I'll need a list of possible places to RP. I mean, that'll make it all easier. We need to think of some rules and a plot, too. I'll handle the character template. Got any ideas?

I'm thinking places like :
Diego Garcia Tranquility, NV Europe California Eastern Seaboard
those types of places. As to the plot? Hmmm...... New arrivals and a threat of Another Alien Lifeform trying to take over the planet type deal, or just your basic Decepticons trying to irradicate all that oppose them.
As to Rules:
GAME POSTING RULES:
1.) POSTING LENGTH: This is an RP that we'd like to be friendly to everyone of all writing levels, however we do ask that you post at least a paragraph when you post. A paragraph is 5-7 sentences.
2.) IC CURSING: Cursing is very much allowed, but try to put a limit on it, especially for Cybertronian characters. Unless you're Jazz or a character who has integrated himself into society similar to Jazz, there's not much reason your Cybertronian will be using a lot of Earth swears.
3.) WRITING STYLE: We prefer third person, but it's not absolutely necessary. Not by a long shot. If you like to write in first person, by all means, feel free! For canon characters, though (movie characters), third-person is favorited.
4.) IC IS NOT OOC: Characters will fight in-character, but please, do not bring the altercation to the OOC! Feesh is infamous for not tolerating OOC fights; just be friendly with everyone and it all shall go smoothly.
5.) POST ONCE A WEEK: If you have your character involved in something, please try to be active with your posting. We all understand that everyone has lives, Mods included, so if you know your time to post will be severely constrained for a little while, just make an OOC thread stating you will be very slow in your responses or even allowing permission to skip you, and don't let your character become key in the plot until you can post a tad more regularly. All we're asking for is a paragraph. ONE. PARAGRAPH. From any one character. You don't even have to post with all of them.
6.) CANON CHARACTER POSTING: If you have a movie character, though, you will be required to post at least once a week notwithstanding. A paragraph a week is not difficult to maintain. Your character will be put up for adoption if you fail to do so.
7.) NO OVER-POSTING: Try not to over-post. As in, wait up for other people to post so they don't fall behind. No Mod should have to ask you to slow down twice... If you are asked kindly to slow down and you don't, you will be temporarily banned until everyone else catches up.
8.) PLOTTING: You guys are totally free to make mini-plots among yourselves, but keep it within reason. If you have something that is potentially a site-changing plot, LET US ALL KNOW. As Admins, we'd want in on it because we're a nosy lot. That's all I can think of at the mo, will try and think of others soon.
9.) NO POWER PLAYING: Be sure NOT TO PLAY ANYONE ELSE'S CHARACTER but your own. This is fairly self explanatory, but in case we have new players to RPG, I just thought I'd cover. Only play your characters, as dictating another player's character falls under powerplaying.
OOC:
1.) BE NICE: This whole category sort of boils down to just be nice. If you get into an altercation with someone, try to rationally hash it out, and if you can't, alert a Mod and we will try to set things straight. We're all pretty good and tried mediators.
2.) NO SWEARING: Do not swear at another player (or admin!) OOCly (IE. "You stupid bitch!" or what have you). Jesting is fine, but not everyone understands or recognizes it. Err on the side of caution.
3.) DON'T PICK ON THE ADMINS/MODS: The Admins and Moderators have created and are maintaining this game for you. Please show them due respect, they have rank for a reason.
AUTOBOTS:
1.) Your leader is Optimus Prime. You adhere to him entirely.
2.) Unless you're malfunctioning severely, no hurting humans! Number one Autobot rule on Earth.
3.) You may role-play out interfacing, but no human parts whatsoever on the robots! If you wish to RP out a more intimate thread, make a SEPARATE thread in "Elsewhere", stating in the topic where you are, and if the thread is open or not (I.E., "Abandoned warehouse, [open to anyone]" . Keep in mind, keeping the thread open could earn you attention from the opposite faction.
4.) Sorry, but no explicit intimacy between Cybertronians/Humans. Let's keep this reasonably within the species, shall we?
5.) If you see a Decepticon, of course you can attack it. Just read the GODMODING and POWERPLAYING section below. But keep in mind, engaging an enemy may be more disastrous to the surrounding area than the Autobots are willing to do -- humans first, you must protect them from your war.
DECEPTICONS:
1.) You guys are lean, mean, killing machins bent on destruction. You hate the humans for destroying the Allspark and Megatron and thusly, you are allowed to attack the humans. SEE GODMODING/POWERPLAYING SECTION.
2.) If you see an Autobot, you may be less concerned about concealing yourself from the humans and more concerned about kicking some serious Autobot can. Just ensure to read the GODMODING/POWERPLAYING section below.
HUMANS:
1.) You can side with whoever you want.
2.) You don't necessarily abide by any one human, but if Defense Secretary Keller or William Lennox tells you to do something, you just might want to. They're in their positions for a reason.
3.) Intimacy is allowed human-human only, thanks.
GODMODING/POWERPLAYING:
This is a huge issue for every Mod personally and overall. First, allow us to define both of these terms for any who are unfamiliar with them:
Godmoding: Like it sounds, it suggests that your character is God. Godmoding means that you have a character who has no weakness, has a gun that can blow up the entire planet in a single shot, and is so fast that even a machine gun can't hit it. ACK. NO NO. For all characters out there, this is baaaaad. The movie was great in showing us that NO ONE is invincible, no even the mighty and ever-powerful Megatron. , Barricade even got his ass whooped by Bumblebee.
Powerplaying: This is a little harder to explain in paragraph form, but here goes: Basically, this mostly revolves around active fighting within the game. Powerplaying refers to your character assigning damage to your opponent in battle.
Powerplaying and godmoding are bigtime no-no's. If you're confused, don't be afraid to ask, none of us bite.
Minor addition:
Neutrals are to commit to a faction in a timely manner, no ifs, ands, or buts about it please.
1. IC, please. While in the Crash Site, you MUST be primarily in character. All OOCness must be indicated as such, but please remember the main purpose of this chat is to get your characters to interact on a neutral ground outside the game and for you to flesh them out.
2. Weapons Dampening Field. Upon entering the bar, your projectile and non-natural melee weapons will automatically become useless to you. You can show them off, you can turn your hand into a cannon, whatever have you, but the ammunition/energy needed to fire magically is not there. You do, however, have melee weapons: your arms, feet, head, and any other natural limbs/appendages. You cannot use knives, hooks, etc. Think of what a human has available to them and apply that to your mechanical creations. For example, Optimus would be able to punch with a fist. He would not be able to use his blade and if he ever tried, it would simply shatter against his opponent. The shards would then laugh at him as they fell to the floor.
3. Improvising Weapons. Bar stools, tables, random debris, etc. count as melee weapons. If your character has the sudden urge to break that energon keg over someone's head, by all means. Go for it.
4. Damage. In the event that a character is damaged/injured to the point of "death", that character will then slip into a comatose state or go into stasis lock. In the case of humans, the Bar will immediately teleport them to an appropriate medical facility if friendly transport is not readily available unless otherwise determined by the Mod; in the case of mechs, they will be equally removed to the appropriate medical facility if no one is available to tend or carry them unless otherwise determined by the Mod. Characters thus injured are out of action until their injuries are seen to, although they can still call, comm., or otherwise use non-presence communication. Keep in mind it takes a LONG TIME to heal injuries, during which you might well be bored out of your mind because you have no one to interact with. MIND YOUR INJURIES, or that boredom will be entirely your own fault.
5. For Humans Also, mind that there are boltholes everywhere in the Bar. This in addition to your ability to determine whether or not your human is made of butter or has a protective bubble around him when/if a mech tries to hurt him.
6. Death NO CHARACTER CAN BE KILLED WITHOUT HIS/HER PLAYER'S CONSENT. However, your human character is not exempt from damage -- this risk comes from entering a bar that is commonly haunted by 25' robots. The rules of melee and projectile weapons count for humans, as well as damage prospects; if a human irritates a transformer and provokes an attack, the human can be hurt. Keep the powerplaying down to an absolute minimum and never assign specific damage as usual.
7. Friday On Fridays, all of these rules will become null and void save Rule 4 (unless Mod chooses otherwise). This primarily means your character will be allowed to blow the ever-living hell out of anything and everything he/she so wishes, cut things into bits, make a delicious hand-tossed salad, and generally cause much chaos and mayhem, within reason, of course. This does not, however, guarantee that such an incident will occur. On the following day, these rules will all come back into effect.
8. Three Strikes There is a PEACE TREATY (READ IT!) in effect, in the Bar, between Autobots, Decepticons, and humans. Read it. Characters acting counter to this Treaty will be penalized by brig time, forced labor, and any other such niceties the Commanding Officers can come up with up to the SECOND time it happens. However, by the THIRD time they breach the Treaty in this fashion, a "Death Warrant" will be issued, and the character will be banned from the Bar and related chats. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Now, this isn't to say you can't push your luck with your characters or walk on eggshells while in play. A "violation of the Treaty" here is defined as something severe involving a conscious and willing effort to cause harm to or the death of another character of the opposite faction or a human by any means. Incidents within faction are to be dealt with by the leader of that faction and in Prime's case, this rule applies to 'Bot/'Bot offenses. It's fun to push the limits, it's fun to bend the rules, but it's not fun for the ones who have to clean up after the messes have been made time and time again.
9. NDA All humans upon arriving at the Bar are considered to have signed a government NDA, or will be shortly approached to sign the same. Regardless, this means that upon their second visit to the Bar, ALL HUMANS have signed the NDA agreement. Please act accordingly. (NDA = Non-Disclosure Agreement)
10. Scalpal = F'ING CREEPY.
11. Maximum height is 24', 35' for Big Guys. Approximate rate of transformation is 1:1 for ground vehicles, 1:2 for jets, and Rotor Radius + at least 2 feet clearance for helicopters.
12. You MAY play a character in the Forum as soon as 2 (TWO) Mods have approved the character.
13. Forum characters can be played in the Bar. Bar characters CANNOT be played in the Forum. To move a Bar character to Forum play, you must: a. Have room in your roster and b. Get the character re-approved. You may have 2 (TWO) Bar Characters for every 1 (ONE) Forum Character you have approved and active.
14. No animal alt-modes for mechs. No triple-changers. The most alt-modes a character may have is one - namely, if your character wants a different alt-mode, s/he must go and physically acquire it. If they want their old alt-mod back, they must physically find it and re-scan it.
15. No mixed alts, for mechs or drones. That means no wolf-bear or cat-bird drones and no convertible-pickup mechs. However, if a statue or otherwise three-dimensional example can be scanned (such as for a Gryphon or Chinese Dragon), this is acceptable. Simply include the geographical location and photographic evidence of where the alt-mode was acquired in your history.
16. Currently, unattached drones will not be approved unless the player and Mod have already come to an agreement with another player for partnership beforehand.
17. To acquire an alt-mode for the first time, you must be PHYSICALLY able to scan it. No internet downloading and no Cybertronian Alt-Modes.
18. No Earth-borns with the exception of the Allspark-born. No exceptions.
19. No Neutral characters. To be approved, a spec must list a faction.
20. If a Mod deems there is too big a flaw with your character (namely: something in her history, abilities or otherwise that would be impossible to retcon should the need arise), that Mod reserves the right to VETO the character.
Hope this helps some Nightspeed.
Catch yas later

I got bored, got carried away, and frankly have probably screwed up somewhere, but that's to be expected. Read over it, skim over it, tell me where I need to change something or add something and above all, bar players, Approve it or tell me what needs to be altered. :3
THE TREATY
Autobots
Autobots are those Cybertronians who claim loyalty to the the Autobot cause, and are strongly encouraged to read through this Section of the Treaty and must abide by its laws where they apply.
I. The War - As of 11-XX-2007 C.E. Earth years, the War has unofficially reached its end and a cease fire was put into effect in an effort to move toward peace, both between humankind and the Cybertronian race and the Autobot and Decepticon factions of the latter. It is henceforth unacceptable for any Autobot to engage in battle with a Decepticon or other Cybertronian, or to provoke a Decepticon or other Cybertronian in such a way as to engage in a battle with the offending Autobot if the intent of these actions are of malicious nature and/or is not an act of self-defense. Such an act is punishable by any means as deemed necessary by the Prime or any of his or her Commanding Officers except where such incidents involve an Autobot who is unaware of this Treaty. The location of such an offense is irrelevant.
II. Autobot HQ - The central base of command for Cybertronians loyal to the Autobot cause. Coordinates to the location of Headquarters will be given by the Prime or one of his or her Commanding Officers, and only to those Cybertronians who these individuals deem trustworthy of such knowledge. The location of this base may be decided by the Prime or any of his or her Commanding Officers in agreement with the United States government and may be used as seen fit by any of the Autobot Commanding Officers.
III. The Crash Site - A neutral zone; Autobots are expected to abide by the guidelines of this Treaty as they would anywhere else on Earth toward other Cybertronians. Humans are to be treated no differently within the Bar as they would be outside it; the Bar's inhabitants are to be regarded (in policy) as if they were humans. Unusual circumstances, such as an unprovoked attack upon a Human or Cybertronian by an inhabitant of the Bar, may require deviation from such policy and are considered exceptions to this Treaty.
IV. Humans - The dominant native species on the planet Earth. Contact has been made with the commanding and political authority of this race on the North American continent in a country known as the United States of America, and policies regarding the necessary residence of the Cybertronian species (more specifically, the Autobot faction) have been established.
Rules and regulations have been decided upon and include the following:
a. Autobots are permitted to take up residence within the borders of the United States of America without fee or penalty and are strongly encouraged to remain in their alternate modes in the public view and not to draw attention to their true origins except where a human has previously been made aware of a Cybertronian presence on the planet during the events that occurred on the date known as "The Battle of Mission City". Humans who are made aware of Cybertronians on the planet after this date are to be kept on record and monitored until proper briefing has been given them.
b. Autobots are to be considered "exceptional" citizens of the United States of America and are to abide by the laws of the country where they apply. Should violations of these laws occur, disciplinary action may be taken against the offender(s) by request of the United States government or by the Prime or any of his or her Commanding Officers.
c. Autobots, as per the request of Optimus Prime, are not permitted to participate in human conflicts including but not limited to activities in the war against terrorism, or criminal disputes where no Cybertronian is involved, either in the United States of America or abroad. Military support is to be given only where Cybertronians are involved. However, if a crime is witnessed, it should be reported as soon as possible to the proper authorities where human action can be taken and in such a manner as to not draw attention to the Cybertronian presence on Earth.
d. Supplies will be given as needed in exchange for continued protection against malevolent Cybertronian forces, and a base of operations and/or housing will be provided at a later date or when a suitable site is found and approved by the United States government. Construction on this site may begin as soon or as late as is ordered by the Prime, his or her Commanding Officers, or any Cybertronian(s) whose intent it is to reside there without possession of a building permit so long as this construction does not draw attention to the Cybertronian presence on Earth.
e. The arrival of new Autobots to Earth is acceptable provided that they are made aware of this Treaty and choose to abide by its laws where they apply.
f. Interaction with members of the human race outside contacts as appointed by the United States government is acceptable only under circumstances in exception to this Treaty until such day when the human population is made fully and completely aware of the Cybertronian presence on Earth. Any human exposed to and made aware of the Cybertronian presence before this day and time must also be made aware of this Treaty and agree to abide by it. Contact with other countries on this planet in pursuit of similar agreements is pending.
V. Chain of Command - All Autobots are considered civilians unless called upon to assist in political disputes or battles, in which case they may be enlisted as soldiers. Commanding Officers, including but not limited to, the Second in Command, Chief Medical Officer, and First Officer shall hold their authority even during times of peace, and are permitted to direct other Autobots under their command as needed. As was delegated during wartime, a Commanding Officer may not abuse his or her priviledges, and may not command an Officer of higher rank unless in exception, such as physical or mental disability. Commanding Officers may be relieved of their title and/or rank and/or punished accordingly as deemed by the Prime or any of his or her other Commanding Officers should an offense of these natures be made.
A listing of the current individuals in the Chain of Command is as follows:
General and Supreme Commander: Optimus Prime Second-in-Command: N/A First Officer: Second Officer: N/A Chief Medical Officer: Ratchet Field Operation Commanders: N/A Disciplinary Officer/Weapons Specialist: Ironhide Medical Staff: Communications Specialist: Description of Rankings:
General/Commander: Supreme commander of the Autobot faction. Every member within is answerable to him or her.
Second-in-Command (2IC): Second highest ranking in the chain of command. Every Autobot is answerable to him or her except the General. Receives orders from the general/commander and delegates tasks to other officers. Also field command-capable. Takes over the General's authority should the General ever fall ill, become mentally incompetent, or otherwise be declared by the Chief Medical Officer as unable to hold his or her position.
First Officer: Receives his or her orders from the 2IC or from the General. Carries out tasks as given by the General and/or 2IC and helps to uphold the laws of the Treaty and any mandates issued by his or her superiors. Lead falls to this individual should the General and 2IC become incapable of leading or if otherwise delegated.
Second Officer: Receives his or her orders from the First Officer, 2IC, or the General. Assists the First Officer in his or her duties. Lead falls to him or her if the First Officer, General, and 2IC are otherwise incapable of such a position, or if otherwise delegated.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO): Answers only to the General, the 2IC, and the First Officer, and may receive orders from these individuals as well. In charge of overseeing and conducting all medical affairs.
Field Operation Commanders: Answers to and receives orders from the General, the 2IC, the First and Second Officers. Specialize in organizing missions or special events.
Disciplinary Officer/Weapons Specialist: Answers to and receives orders from all of the above except the Field Operation Commanders. Primarily takes disciplinary action against offenders, secondarily assists the First Officer in his or her duties. May also be delegated to interrogate prisoners should such a need arise.
Medical Staff: Answers to and receives orders from the CMO first and foremost, the General, 2IC, First Officer, and Second Officer secondarily. Carry out orders as given by the CMO and provide assistance during medical emergencies.
Communications Specialists: Answerable to the General, 2IC, First Officer, and Second Officer. Specialize in setting up communication networks among the Cybertronian race and between Cybertronians and humans.
Neutrals
Neutrals are those Cybertronians who do not claim loyalty to either the Autobot or the Decepticon cause, and are strongly encouraged to read through this Section of the Treaty and must abide by its laws where they apply.
I. The War - An individual who does not claim loyalty to either the Autobot or Decepticon cause may or may not choose to continue to engage Autobots, Decepticons, other Neutrals, or Humans, but upon knowledge of this Treaty, he or she may engage under his or her own free will at the risk of any and all defensive measures taken against him or her. Commands or punishments shall not be given to these Cybertronians either by Autobot or Decepticon Commanding Officers, soldiers, or civilians except where the Neutral party has agreed to abide by such authority. Neutrals may also form their own Chains of Command.
II. The Crash Site - Such individuals as mentioned in this section may or may not choose to engage Autobots, Decepticons, Neutrals, Humans, or inhabitants of the Bar while within the Crash Site, but upon knowledge of this Treaty, he or she may engage under his or her own free will at the risk of any and all defensive measures taken against him or her. See Article I.
III. Humans - Neutral Cybertronians are entitled to all rights and restrictions as given to members of the Autobot faction provided that they do not hold malevolent intentions toward any of their own kind or members of the human race. See Section Autobots, Article IV.
Earth-Borns
Earth-Borns are those beings of Cybertronian nature created by the Allspark since its arrival to Earth, whether or not intentional. They are henceforth to be considered Neutrals and upon becoming aware of this Treaty are bound to the rules and regulations as stated here. An Earth-Born may choose to pledge his or her loyalty to either the Autobot or Decepticon cause, and thereafter will be bound to the rules and regulations delegated to that faction as stated under the appropriate Section within the Treaty.
Humans
Humans who have come into contact with members of the Cybertronian race, specifically Cybertronians who are bound to the laws within this Treaty, are required to know the regulations stated under this section and are required to abide by them accordingly where they apply. Any human who is not aware of the Cybertronian presence on Earth is therefore not to be informed of this Treaty, nor is the individual to be bound by its laws.
I. Secrecy - In an effort to maintain the secrecy of the Cybertronian race until a time when the human race as a whole will widely accept these beings as residents of the planet Earth without malice or contempt, those humans who are made aware of individuals of the Cybertronian race are hereby sworn to secrecy under penalty of law, which may include a fine and/or imprisonment.
II. Violence Against Cybertronians - A human who has agreed to the terms of this Treaty is not permitted in any way or form to commit acts of violence against any Cybertronians who do not first make themselves a threat to him or her and/or to family and/or acquaintances of him or her. Such an offense is punishable by a fine and/or imprisonment as deemed appropriate by the President or the Secretary of Defense. Should a human feel threatened or come under attack by a Cybertronian, he or she is to report the incident to the proper human authorities (a phone number and email address have been supplied by the United States government for such purposes and is not to be redistributed without permission by any means, for any reason) or to any of the Commanding Officers of either the Autobot or Decepticon factions and actions will then be taken as deemed appropriate by those authorities thereafter.
Decepticons
Decepticons are those Cybertronians who swear loyalty to the Decepticon brand, and are required to read through this Section of the Treaty and must abide by its laws where they apply. Ignorance of this Section of the Treaty may or may not be sufficient excuse if said laws are breached.
I. The War - As of 11-XX-2007 C.E. Earth years, the War has unofficially reached its end on planet Earth and a cease-fire was put into effect in an effort to move toward peace, both between humankind and the entire Cybertronian race. It is henceforth unacceptable for any Decepticon to engage in battle with an Autobot or other Cybertronian, or to directly provoke an Autobot in such a way as to instigate an attack against the offending Decepticon in question. Decepticons may, however, defend themselves if an unwarranted Autobot or otherwise Cybertronian attack comes to them and they deem it necessary to fight back.
Note: A full report of the attack in its entirety will be collected from the Decepticon participant and the other participant as well as a(ny) witness(es) if there is one or more, and General Warbird and/or his second-in-command will evaluate the cause of the attack himself/themselves. If the Decepticon is found guilty of sufficient provocation, despite his or her having not laid the first blow, punishment may be issued. Depending on the severity of the offense, punishment will range from brig time to execution, all at the Decepticon leader's decision. If a Decepticon is accused of breaking this Section of the Treaty, it is permissible for a member of non-rank to detain another member of non-rank, but he or she cannot detain a member of higher rank. Do not, however, detain the accused if it causes further problems in which the fallout may be worse if intervention is continued. The location of such an offense is irrelevant, excluding those regions that lie beyond the orbit of Earth's moon.
II. Decepticon Base of Operations - The central base of command for Cybertronians loyal to the Decepticon cause. General Warbird or one of his Commanding Officers, and only to those Cybertronians who these individuals deem trustworthy of such knowledge, will give the coordinates to the location of Decepticon Base of Operations.
III. The Crash Site - A neutral zone; Decepticons are expected to abide by the guidelines of this Treaty as they would anywhere else on Earth toward other Cybertronians.
Contact has been made with the commanding and political authority of this race on the North American continent in a country known as the United States of America, and policies regarding the necessary residence of the Cybertronian species (more specifically, the Decepticon faction) have been established.
Rules and regulations have been decided upon and include the following:
a. Decepticons are permitted to take up residence within the borders of the United States of America without fee or penalty and are required to remain in their alternate modes in the public view (outside of the Crash Site and other neutral Cybertronian-inhabited areas, commonly unknown to humans) so as not to draw attention to their true origins. Humans who are made aware of Cybertronians on the planet after this date are to be kept on record and monitored until proper briefing has been given them.
b. Decepticons are to be considered "exceptional" citizens of the United States of America and are to abide by the laws of the country where they apply. Should violations of these laws occur, disciplinary action might be taken against the offender(s) by request of the United States government or by the General or any of his Commanding Officers.
c. Decepticons, as per the order of the General, are not permitted to participate in human conflicts including but not limited to activities in the War against Terrorism, or criminal disputes where no Cybertronian is involved, either in the United States of America or abroad.
Construction on this site may begin as soon or as late as is ordered by the General or his Commanding Officers.
e. The arrival of new Decepticons to Earth is acceptable provided that they are made aware of this Treaty and choose to abide by its laws where they apply.
f. Interaction with members of the human race outside contacts as appointed by the United States government is acceptable providing the individual is made aware of this Treaty and agrees to abide by it. Contact with other countries on this planet in pursuit of similar agreements is pending.
V. Chain of Command - All Decepticons are considered civilians unless called upon to assist in political disputes or battles, in which case they may be enlisted as soldiers. Commanding Officers, including but not limited to, the Second in Command, Chief Medical Officer, and First Officer shall hold their authority even during times of peace, and are permitted to direct other Decepticons under their command as needed. As was delegated during wartime, a Commanding Officer may not abuse his or her privileges, and may not command an Officer of higher rank unless in exception, such as physical or mental disability. Commanding Officers may be relieved of their title and/or rank and/or punished accordingly as deemed by the General or any of his other Commanding Officers should an offense of these natures be made.
VI. Decepticon Military Ranking:
General and Supreme Commander: Second-in-Command: Starscream First Officer: Soundwave Second Officer: Barricade Chief Medical Officer: Field Operation Commanders: Disciplinary Officers: Medical Staff: *Scalpel
Breakdown of Rankings:
General/Commander: Supreme commander. Everyone answers to him/her.
Second-in-Command: Second highest ranking. Everyone answers to him/her but the general/commander. Receives orders from the general/commander and delegates tasks to other officers. Also field command-capable.
Officer: Recieves his/her orders from the 2nd or from the commander. Lead falls to him/her if the General and the 2nd are otherwise incapable of leading, or if otherwise delegated.
Second Officer: Receives his/her orders from the First Officer, 2nd in command, or the commander. Lead falls to him/her if the First officer, General, and 2nd are otherwise incapable of leading, or if otherwise delegated.

Crap; I'm triple posting but I really don't care. Okay. I made a new Category for RPing. If you would add places to RP in when you have time, that would be nice. I have no idea how to describe the places....

Well Ratchet finally let me update the Med Bay page - after hours of sitting there and having me write down everything I could into one of the Datapads. I hope to finish the upload sometime tonight, maybe even tomorrow.
I just hope that this is worth it. Also did you recieve the Ad that I sent you the other day? If it didn't load then you'll have to wait till we come and visit, or something. Andy wants to work on the shocks on the Van this weekend so no travel for us - maybe next weekend instead - you never know.
Catch yas later.
